50 Years of Vietnamese American Community Building is a celebration of the Vietnamese-American community in Illinois, marking the 50th anniversary of the end of the U.S-Viet Nam War and the beginning of our community’s journey in the U.S. Join Vietnamese Americans community organizations across Illinois in honoring five decades of community building, cultural preservation, and resilience.

This event will feature captivating Vietnamese performances and guest speakers who will highlight the history and contributions of the Vietnamese-American community. Attendees can also explore a variety of Vietnamese vendors, enjoy Vietnamese cuisine, and connect with fellow community members.

Come join us in strengthening the future of the Vietnamese American community in Illinois, focusing on essential issues like healthcare access, affordable housing, and community well-being.
